Raccoon Trapping And Removal

When confronted and startled an opossum often will stay in place. They may also start to sway, salivate and give of an odor causing many to think it is rabid.
Because an opossum often will stand their ground they pose a higher risk to pets and children that do not know to leave it alone. Therefore it is good idea to have an opossum removed from you property so it does not return.
Squirrel Trapping And Removal
Squirrels are cute and entertaining until you hear gnawing and clawing. First maybe on the outside fascia or soffit and then on the wood and wires in the attic. You may also hear the running and jumping as they practice their gymnastic in your attic.
As with any animal that has been in an attic, they must be trapped and removed from your property before any sealing or exclusion work is done. Otherwise they will breach what has been sealed or create an new entry somewhere else.
